Job Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and customer-focused individual to join our association team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties: - Maintaining lockboxes and affiliated records for REALTORS.
- First point of contact for members, helping to assist with resources available.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to other team members for billing.
- Assist with supply ordering for in-house stock.
- Maintain member records and reporting by updating account information and documenting interactions in the online system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate any complex cases when necessary.
Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to have professionalism and empathy in all situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word programs.
- Must be able to multitask and be extremely detail oriented.
