Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure all payments are processed correctly
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and balancing accounts
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and phone systems is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with international guests
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
