Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure cleanliness
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, data entry, and filing
- Utilize phone systems to transfer calls or take messages accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
