*Title:* Assistant Registrar

*Salary:*
*Job Summary: *Assists the registrar in the maintenance of student academic records, enrollment support services, and all registration services and related matters.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Ensures compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and all other applicable laws and regulations
· Assists students, faculty, and staff in interpreting academic policy
· Monitors academic standing, probation, dismissal, President's and Dean's Lists
· Provides transcript services for all current students and alumnae
· Supports information needs of students, faculty, administration, and other constituencies subject to limitations of data availability and privacy
· Certifies enrollment of students with veterans benefits to Veterans Administration as a School Certifying Official for the college
· Provides training for student information system users
· Performs other duties as assigned by the registrar

· Knowledge of VA eligibility requirements
*Credentials and Experience:*
· Prior experience with automated student information systems desired
· Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
· Progressively responsible and relevant administrative experience

Pay: $35,000.
