Single mom 3 youngns looking for 3 bedroom HUD acceptin (Colony)

Please understand Hud is not hard to work with it's a guaranteed on time payment of rent for the lease period Inspection is not hard to pass basic things that all rentals should provide anyways in the near 1k range price.
House one level stairs hate me not apartment or duplex I prefer distance from neighbors we are not a quiet bunch fenced or allowance of putting my own fence up to contain my kids they like to play Houdini a lot.
I'm 32 my kids are 4 and younger I'm a clean freak it's my therapy so if a private landlord could bargain housecleaning for lawn mowing and trash service I'm adaptable to any legitimate work fast learner anything except a computer or screen.
