Looking for a home (Jasper county mo)

I am looking to try and do a rent to own home I have been in th same house for 10 plus years always make payment I can give proof of this.
I am needing a 3-4 bedroom home would like some property I have three kids.
Please contact I can't do more than 800 a month on rent to own.
I am not rich by any means so depending on how much you want down would also depend to.
