Estimator: Cassville, MO *Work/Life Balance*

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Estimator to join our team with a strong construction background.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of construction projects.
They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the estimating process, from takeoff and pricing to bid preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities * Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of construction projects.
* Manage all aspects of the estimating process, from takeoff and pricing to bid preparation and presentation.
* Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other bid documents.
* Develop and maintain estimating databases and cost models.
* Research and obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare and present bids to clients.
* Assist with project management during the preconstruction phase.
* Mentor and train junior estimators * Stay up to date on industry trends and cost data.
Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in project estimating.
* Proven track record of success in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience with estimating software is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
