Summary of Position:
- Leading a team of maintenance associates who embrace our philosophy of providing an extraordinary experience to visitors from around the world;
- Overseeing the maintenance tasks related to building upkeep, the swimming pool and fuel station and task scheduling of the maintenance team;
- Being a "hands on" professional with construction experience who can teach and lead the team;
- Managing the CMMS process and ensure adherence to established budgets;
- Building relationships with the Snow Mountain team who appreciate the value of this extraordinary high-desert landscape;
- Working closely with a local and corporate team dedicated to ensuring your success;
- Contributing to the company's environmental focus of stewarding our resources wisely;
- Partnering with the Park service to ensure adherence to contractual obligations;

Applicants must possess the following:
Construction experience
Some plumbing knowledge
Prior successful management/leadership experience
Light electrical knowledge and experience
Excel spreadsheet efficiency
Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to handle frequent, bending, twisting and squatting activities
Professional communication skills
