, are searching for a couple of Manufacturing Technicians (Controls and Vision Technicians) weekend days shift within our Carthage, MO operation to help support our Automotive business.

Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables.

As a Manufacturing Technician you will have the opportunity to maintain and enhance production machinery both mechanically and controls systems, such as PLC programming, visions systems, or servo motor controls.
The team you will be working with is collaborative, and values supporting each other to grow their skills.
So, what will you be doing as a Manufacturing Technician?
Ensure safety practices are executed, including use of protective equipment as required.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair, development of manufacturing systems, including but not limited to:
Electrical distribution
PLC, HMI, and windows-based operator interface
Industrial communication
Electronic and electromechanical systems
Various motion controls (motors, drives, etc.
)
Robotics - maintenance, troubleshooting and programming.
Modern and legacy controllers
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Vision systems – maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Previous experience in similar position
PLC, Robotics, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Able to use measuring tools.
Have mechanical skills and ability.
Have electronic and electromechanical skills and ability.
Have drafting skills and be able to read blueprints.
Know or be willing to learn basic electricity/electronics.
Have computer skills in Word and Excel.
Able to work in teams on continuous improvement projects.
Good Communication skills
