*Job Summary:* Working as assembly line team member, employee assembles and tests lighting fixture components, including frames, lenses, parabolic louvers, and other related components.
Duties also include packing of small parts.
*Essential Duties:* Perform effectively as member of assembly line team.
Fulfill requirements detailed in assembly Bill of Materials.
Assemble and package fixture components as required.
Install driver / ballast and wiring.
Inspect finished product to ensure compliance with production criteria.
*Qualifications: * Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English.
Capable of reading and using wiring diagrams and color codes.
Ability to use and care for small hand tools.
Demonstrated manual dexterity.
