Experienced General Maintenance Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs.
* Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality.
* Conduct regular inspections of the facility and grounds.
* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $18.
