Essential Function
This position is responsible for all electrical installations, demolitions, troubleshoot and repair all equipment, apparatus, and systems throughout the facility, extensive knowledge on 230V/480V 3 phase circuits, relay logic, PLC, motor controls and variable frequency drives.
Electrical certification from a 2 year degree program.
Work must be done in or around facility

Job Duties
Support and maintain all safety rules and regulations generated by state, federal and local laws, including OSHA and KDHE
Excellent work ethics.
Support and maintain a 5-S work area.
Clean areas after performing maintenance work.
Work completed in a timely manner.
Be able to get quotes on parts and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns when needed.
Ability understand and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic operations
Use manuals, schematics, diagrams, blueprints and other specifications to install, repair, and maintain equipment
Train personnel on operation and maintenance on plant equipm
Ability to operate power industrial trucks and scissor lifts
Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor or Lead

Demonstrated problem solving skills
Good communication and computer skills.
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work with other departments
Knowledge of machinery, mechanics, plumbing, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Knowledge and understanding of the National Electric Code
Installation of conduit and Industrial wiring systems
Safe knowledge and operation of mechanic lifts
