Operate machinery as required to assist in the production process.
Perform deburring activities using a variety of hand tools, pneumatic tools and other machinery as needed.
Move parts and various materials throughout the facility using a pallet jack, forklift or rolling carts.
Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
Conduct inspections and quality control of products for defects to ensure quality standards are met by using calipers, micrometers, tape measures and pin gauges.
Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required.
Complete all required training.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in blending and deburring of alloys, previous auto body experience or trim carpenters welcome to apply.
Familiar with production equipment and machine shop machinery
Ability to read and follow written instructions and comprehend part prints.
Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects.
Self-driven and hard worker
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Frequently ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
Frequently moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Frequently remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
Frequently moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Frequently adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
Occasionally communicating with others to exchange information.
Occasionally repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Frequently operating machinery and/or power tools
Frequently operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
Frequently assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
Occasionally low and high temperatures with outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind
Occasionally noisy environments
Responsible for preparing items in a manufacturing facility for distribution.
Specifically, this involves surface grinding with pneumatic tools and keeping within tolerances, along with preparing them for next processes.
