*Responsibilities*
· *Sales Support* - Aid the sales team in daily activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
· *Customer Communication* - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide information about our sign solutions.
· *Order Intake and Processing* - Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely follow-ups.
· *Project Specific Inventory Management* - Collaborate with the production and operations team to monitor the purchase and receiving for items orders specifically for a project.
· *CRM Maintenance* - Update and maintain customer information and sales activity in the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.
· *Administrative Support* - Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing sales reports.
· *Market Research* - Conduct research on potential leads, market trends, and competitors to support the development of sales strategies.
· *Collaboration* - Work closely with other departments (e.
g.
, design, production, fabrication) to help ensure coordination and timely delivery of products/services to customers.
· *Education* -A high school diploma is required.
o Additional or advanced Business Administration training or in a related field is helpful.
· *Experience preferred* - Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial, particularly in the signage industry.
· *Communication Skills* - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal coordination.
· *Organizational Skills* - Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
· *Attention to Detail* - Precision in maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and producing sales-related documents.
· *Proficiency* - Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales support tools is advantageous.
