```Duties```
- Perform carpentry work including but not limited to:
- Siding installation and repair
- Stucco application and repair
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Door hanging and installation
- Trim carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings
- Plumbing rough-ins and fixture installations
- Concrete forming and pouring
- Roofing repairs and installation
- Caulking and weatherproofing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to specifications
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety guidelines, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople
