Description:
Able Composites a division of National Composites, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative.
You must be able to communicate in a friendly professional manner, maintain organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include handling a high volume of customer inquiries through e-mail, process price quotations, enter purchase orders, verify prices , send order acknowledgements, and following up on the status of open orders.
You will be the initial point of contact for the customer and will communicate with our Engineering, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping departments to obtain responses to our customer’s inquiries.
Interface with Scheduling, Production Supervisors, and the Shipping Team to communicate our customer’s requirements or changes to their requirements.
Knowledge of ERP system is helpful.
Must have exceptional written, verbal, and problem-solving skills with an eye to detail.
Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel and be able to work well with minimal to no supervision, as well as in a team setting.
A positive attitude is a must.
Requirements:
Customer service experience,
Experience in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP system.
