*Summary/Objective*
The OEM Sales Manager will specialize in technologically advanced products and solutions.
The manager will use technical knowledge and skills to explain the benefits of our services and products to potential customers, conveying how our products and services exceed the capabilities of our competitors.
Achieving excellent sales performance and building solid customer relationships is the goal of this position.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*:

* Actively identify, analyze and pursue opportunities in the OEM channel.
* Collaborate with engineering team to identify customer applications and convert them to product specifications.
* Identify market growth potential and have the ability to apply strategic initiatives to achieve growth.
* As needed, lead projects extensively.
* Establish & build strong relationships with key accounts.
* Use technical aptitude to execute and plan training sessions for customers on products and product applications.
* Explain technical product, or service information, to customers or those requesting assistance with a complaint.
* Establish company and personal goals and objectives for territory.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to dealers, customers, and in-house employees.
* Aid in developing marketing intel for new and current markets.
* Travel is expected with this role.
New customer development requires travel for onsite application observation.

* BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
* Previous sales / sales leadership experience

This job operates in the field and in a professional office environment.
The TSM will routinely travel.
Use of standard office equipment such as a computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone, photocopier, and fax machine are required.

Some travel will be overnight and some occasional day travel may be necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,000.
