Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process by identifying and securing qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with potential clients, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and goals.
Continuously update and improve your knowledge of our products/services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to effectively handle objections and rejections.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
Previous experience in sales is required.
