Plan and achieve business objectives
Protect and manage customers assets
Provide customers with auto, home, commercial, specialty, and life insurance
Manage and mentor all marketing employees
Generate potential leads for future sales
Track and report sales in an organized manner
Manage and hire staff within the agency.
Requirements
1+ years of industry experience
Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic, and leadership skills.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, be intuitive and resourceful.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not initially required.
Prior Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
