The Business Development Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Acts as a liaison between the organization, referral sources, and the community of service
Provides operational and supervisory support by acting as liaison with departments
Researches market data for operational business planning
Evaluates and maximizes physician performance with focus on opportunities for growth, new services, and program development
Promotes collaborative nurse, physician, and ancillary department relationships
Participates in ongoing analysis of hospital service line volume to enhance success and implement growth opportunities
Responsible for calling on and developing relationships with potential referral sources including physicians, case managers, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, professional associates, businesses non-profit organizations and others as may be appropriate
Prepares and monitors marketing reports, goals and outcomes; communicates regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and met
Works collaboratively with Marketing and Corporate Communications on the creation of various marketing tools including brochures, videos, exhibit displays, press releases and advertising
Remains current on compliance, reimbursement and practice management
Helps develop, implement and evaluate business development plans for multiple service lines, facilities and organization as appropriate
Works with INTEGRIS Marketing Corporate Communications to ensure that all collaterals and communications are consistent in their production and placement
The Business Development Specialist reports to the leader as assigned.

Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field, masters degree preferred
Business development experience or related experience preferred
This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Drivers License from the state of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
