``` Sales Representative Duties: - Overnight Travel Required for Markets & Sales Meetings - Generate leads and identify potential customers - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Familiarity with retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts, margins, and markups - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
