" Overview: The Volunteer Specialist works under the supervision of the Manager of Patient Access and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating volunteer services including recruitment, training, and programmatic supervision of volunteers.
Qualifications: Experience: Previous organizational volunteer experience is preferred.
Required Education: High school diploma.
Other: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills are required, in addition to knowledge of various aspects of marketing the volunteer program including creativity, enthusiasm, and promotion of services.
Must possess strong verbal and communication skills and be able to perform public speaking displaying basic knowledge of services provided.
