Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have - Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store - Promote and sell merchandise, including jewelry and electronics - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints - Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will enable you to assist a diverse range of customers Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
