Account Manager

*Job Description* GFI Digital, Inc is looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the customer experience and will be a key member of the GFI Digital, Inc team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
*Essential Functions:* * Manage customer interactions and ensure that all GFI Digital, Inc products are sold and satisfied.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on GFI Digital, Inc products, services, and offerings.
* Work with existing customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and build customer loyalty.
* Work with sales teams to ensure that all customers are kept informed of product availability, promotions, and special projects.
* Maintain accurate records of customer transactions using company CRM system.
* Participate in product training as assigned by management.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
*Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
College Degree preferred.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
* Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
