I have purchased a LARGE building to house my toy collection, which is old tractors, cars, motorcycles and for a living space.

I am divorced and need someone to help me remodel and share my toys with.
The building is 3 blocks from Grand Lake, and less than 15 minutes to new Heartland Theme Park, when built.
I am 69 years old, with no health issues.
