Room in 3 br home.
Currently occupied by 53 year old male tenant and 72 year old male owner.
No smoking or drugs.
Must be pet friendly, there are 6 cats and 1 very friendly and very overweight beagle.
Not responsible for my room or other current tenants room.
Most of your meals would or could be provided as i like to cook.
One person only, no couples.
Month to month, $250 deposit required
