No indoor animals because I have 2 cats.
No laundry currently; laundromats are close.
The house is very large older house; Living, dining & kitchen on first floor.
3 bedrooms & bath on 2nd floor.
Hardwood floors (carpet in picture has been removed).
Very large yard, deck on the south side.
Very convenient to Webb City Walmart, library, Post Office, Restore & Natural Grocers.
Utilities not included in rent, but used minimally.
Wool sweaters & blankets are very useful here.
