We have one bedroom available in a shared home.

This house also has some pretty special amenities such as a raised garden that you'd be welcome to use, and a hot tub, and a fire pit, and so much more! Excellent location if you like to cook, as the kitchen is extremely well-appointed.
Hot home-cooked meals happen fairly regularly here.
Grounds are lovely--in fact we just hosted a wedding in the backyard.
People here are very supportive of each other.
You will get half a pantry, half a fridge, plenty of shelf space in the bathroom.
Guests are welcome.
We're very social here and love people! What we expect from you: Wash your own dishes.
Take your turn cleaning the bathroom.
No smoking, not even "outside smoker.
" Quiet at night (people are sleeping).
Don't share your door code with your flavor-of-the-week.
Pay rent on time every time.
(That money goes into maintaining the house, and we can't afford to carry you.
) You know--basic respect.
The home is clean but not white-glove clean.
We fall more in the normal-level-of-activity range.
We expect the same cleanliness level from you.
Deposit is one month's rent.
Ages of current occupants: 29-53.
We are full adults here.
