Tasks our Merchandisers are required to perform:
Setting product modules and display fixtures.
Ensuring plants are cared for and watered regularly.
Displaying new shipments of plants according to modular layouts, maximizing appeal to shoppers.
Working at multiple retail locations based on scheduling needs.
Communicating with store associates on proper watering techniques, receiving procedures, and plant information.
Being a team player.
Provide weekly updates and field insight using reporting apps and photos.
Assist Clients in inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MERCHANDISER:
Ability to work outside, rain or shine.
Basic Plant knowledge.
Reliable transportation.
Active auto insurance.
Communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Flexible schedule.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds & push heavy vendor carts, comfortable with repetitive physical tasks.
Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, dependability, and adaptability.
Must be eligible to work in the U.
S.
Must Own a smartphone.
Weekend availability is preferred.
No drug-use policy.
COMPENSATION:
$13.
00-$14.
00 per hour based on experience, education, and qualifications; mileage reimbursement of $.
40 per mile and drivetime between stores are available.
