Doggie Bag Resale Shop: Part-Time Cashier

The Doggie Bag Resale Shop is owned and operated by The SEK Humane Society ( a no-kill animal shelter).
All the store’s profits goes back to the animals in need so the shelter can purchase: dog/cat food, litter, vaccinations, and much more.
At the end of the day, we are doing this to help the homeless animals in need.
Listed below are the responsibilities, but not limited, to this part time position: · Greeting & helping customers · Processing merchandise payments by cash, credit card, or punch cards · Issue receipts and change due to customers · Maintain clean and orderly checkout area · When needed, putting out priced merchandise in the correct store departments · When needed, helping move larger items for display and/or load these items into our customers vehicles \*The position of cashier also consists of using our cash register and electronic input system which new hires will be fully trained on upon employment\* *Hours:* This position will offer 25 hours per week.
This shift is responsible to work Tuesday thru Saturday from 11AM—4PM.
*Qualifications:* -Must be 18 years of age or older -High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $8.
