Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager to operate a small Section 8 Senior Housing community.
Handle day to day management of property operations including but not limited too; rent collection, leasing, management reports, unit inspections, resident certifications, and customer service.
We are looking for a hard working and self motivated individual.
This position will also require light maintenance duties as well.
In addition, the position will require approx.
8 hours a week providing Senior services as a Service Coordinator to the residents.
Candidates must be able to be very detail-oriented, and be able to work well with numbers along with an ability to be a quick learner.
