Currently recruiting for a full-time Property Manager for a 60-unit property with both LIHTC and Section 8 in Coffeyville.
Good Customer Service, Computer & Organizational skills necessary.
Prior property management preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience in low income housing .
Pay based on experience level with tax credit and section 8 property management.
