This is Bella.
She is a 1 year old Labra-Doodle wieghing approximately 40 lbs.
She's full of love and energy, so she will need the right family with a fenced yard.
Bella is house broken, can come, sit, lay down, shake, jump, wait, crate and would be trainable for any other task that you would want her to do.
I have had Bella since August and have trained her to do everything that she can do.
I have learned that Bella is a sweet, loving, treat driven, dog who gets along with kids, adults, men, women, other dogs (big and small).
Not sure how she would do around cats, etc but i'm sure that she would learn if you were willing to teach her! I have kept Bella on a leash for almost the entire time that I have had her.
When we have tried off leash training, she doesn't want to come back to me, so I would keep Bella on a leash when she is on a walk, or inside the house so she can remember the pack structure that you want to establish.
Bella is kept inside and allowed out in the morning to run in the yard off leash,
and then walked every day for 1.
5-2 miles.
Bella will need a trip to the vet soon to get her flea and tick medicine updated.
I usually take my dogs to Animal Clinic of Diamond.
There is no rehoming fee.
With that being said, Bella will not be going to just any home.
Bella will be going to the right home for her.

Requirements for Bella (nonnegotiable): fenced yard, home owner, current relationship with a local veterinarian, active owner because this dog will need walked every day (not just left in a yard all day), currently owns a large crate where Bella can sleep and feel safe.
I will need proof of every requirement before she is released to the new owner.
Requests for Bella: Current relationship with local groomer, currently going to Wizard of Paws, Strong leader who has previous dog training experience, another dog that Bella can play with and be part of a pack with, a family or individual owner that Bella can bond with that is patient.
Bella's new family will be looking for a dog to be part of their family for the next 12-15 years.
Bella is still a puppy (already full grown) and I wouldn't want her new family to return her because they didn't know what they were doing with her.
