Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring that Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services are delivered in a trauma informed and person-centered approach.
This position also assists the Director of Adult Community Services in planning, implementing, operating and evaluating the PSR and IPS Programs.
A Master’s degree in social work or a related field is required.
Minimum of two (2) years of successful social work/mental health experience in the health care field is required.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory position is required.
Must meet all local, state, and/or federal requirements for the identified position.
