Preferred candidate qualifications:
* A leadership style that leads by example.
Must be willing to participate in performing all duties needed to run the residence on a daily basis.
* Above average interpersonal skills to work effectively with management, staff, residents, families, visitors and regulatory agencies.
* Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Successful management experience in healthcare or similar field.
* A personal commitment to providing excellent elder care and a passion for working with seniors.
* An Operator or Administrator license (or ability to obtain).
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
