ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Deliver drinks to customers in professional manner.
Must be well organized
Consistently circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.
Be able to read and check a customers identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age
Ability to politely and professionally refuse to serve customers that may have had too much to drink
Ability to serve customers in professional manner
Receive money and / or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and POS System.
Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.
Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.
Complete all work assignments and follow all instructions provided by the supervisor/manager.
Able to lead staff to achieve high level of efficiency and guest service
Ability to make a rotation schedule that is fair amongst the beverage servers.
Ability to know business demands to create force outs or early ins.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: Excellent Customer service and beverage service skills
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug free workplace.
Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights.
Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Complaint resolution, observant, able to accept criticism, and great attitude.
Must have very good customer service to be able to adapt to different personalities.
Should be multitasked and be able to handle beverage mixing equipment.
Must be able to quickly and accurately count back change to a customer.
