ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Hospitality lead is responsible to oversee and promote a high level of guest service from arrival to departure.
He/she will work to ensure a 100% level of guest satisfaction, upbeat and friendly interpersonal skills; and a sincerely helpful demeanor.
Supervise a team of valet drivers, bell person and shuttle drivers.
Assist with managerial duties in manager’s absence Smile and continuously project a helpful attitude Assist with all hospitality duties as needed Perform all hospitality duties according to department policies and procedures Provide information to all guests in a courteous and informative manner Handle complaints courteously.
When necessary, relay through manager for appropriate action.
Maintain knowledge of the resort and services.
Wear proper professional attire and name tag at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
High energy, motivated individual.
Neat and professional appearance.
Pandemic Era Responsibilities & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.
) Valet are required to monitor and screen all arriving hotel and casino guests for COVID-19 symptoms (or any stated pandemic) from a handheld device, mobile device, tablet, walk thru, etc… 2.
) Valet during any pandemic era must wear a face mask and utilize the proper safety and personal protective equipment / gear before meeting with in person and handling guests property (If and when eligible to do so) 3.
) Valet are required to complete health screenings and temperature checks before guest vehicles are even considered eligible for valet parking (If and when eligible to do so) 4.
) Valet must not handle guest’s property or enter a guest vehicle until a health screening has been completed and guests are symptom free.

) Valet must complete health screenings on guests before checking out wheel chairs (If & when eligible to do so) JOB PREREQUISITES: Above average oral communication skills Excellent customer service Problem solving capability High capacity for learning This Job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
CDL or Chauffeur’s license preferred.
Must be 21 years of age PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strength to move up to 50 lbs at a time.
Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in or outside the casino.
Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer complaints or questions.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and stretch/reach above head.
Have good dexterity in fingers WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Must possess excellent communication skills.
Physical dexterity to run and retrieve guest vehicle, operate manual/automatic automobiles.
Observation skills of vehicle before parking, ticket writing skills, work outside, exposed to the elements in a hot or cold environment, temperature in excess of 100 degrees or below 32 degrees.
