Clinical Director

Grand Falls Recovery Center is looking for a motivated, compassionate individual who understands addiction and behavioral health.
This individual will have a great understanding of the ASAM Level of Care criteria as well as leading and developing the clinical staff.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS* *1.
EDUCATION:* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Must be a independently licensed in the State of Missouri *2.
EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 5 years in the field of substance abuse and 2 years in managerial role *3.

Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth 2.
Assume responsibility of budgeting and resourcing 3.
Plan and oversee all patient care or clinical operations and programs 4.
Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel 5.
Assign cases and create schedules for all employees 6.
Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback 7.
Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development 8.
Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary 9.
