Kitchen Lead/Line Cook

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food production tasks such as chopping, grilling, and baking - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Skills: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This position may involve working in a coffee shop, bartending, assisting the manager, or catering events.
Experience in these areas is a plus but not mandatory.
