Security Site Supervisor - Pittsburg, KS
Pay Rate: $16.

Qualifications: Valid Security Guard License two years of Supervisory experience Available all shift hours Current and valid driver's license Able to work overtime and weekends Must own a personal vehicle for travel between client locations (mileage reimbursement in place) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have practical communications skills, both verbal and written, in English Ability to handle crises at the client site calmly and efficiently Display exceptional customer service and communication skills Have strong critical thinking skills as well as comparable organizational skills Must be able to navigate our handheld systems and apps.
Responsibilities: Trains officers, as needed, on responsibilities and knowledge of their post assignment Responsible for all aspects of security guard's duties; inspects security guards’ uniforms, dress, and appearance Investigate and resolve issues submitted by customers and clients; provide follow-up and reporting as required Ensure officers make timely and accurate reports using the company’s technology, such as Track Tik, Securitime, and EHUB Ensure patrol vehicles are properly maintained, including the cleanliness of the interior and exterior, maintenance and all equipment is present Ensure officers are following company and client policies and procedures while conducting daily duties such as patrolling the parking lot or inside the store Schedule security officers and responds to call-offs and rescheduling of shift assignments Meet with client management for updates and job-related change order Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security guards and their job performance Exercise judgment and uses discretion in dealing with emergencies and security violations encountered Enforce standards of conduct of security officers; follows up on areas of improvement Cover open shifts/posts when needed Consistently document efficiently via supervisor site visits and remote site visit reports Train and coach officers on how to use the company’s technology; Track Tik, Securtime, and EHUB Complete, track, and submit training checklists and proper documentation promptly Communicate any technology, logistical, and operational concerns to the Operations Manager and District Manager as needed Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Flexible schedules Employee Referral Program $250 Career Advancement Training and Professional Development Weekly Direct Deposit Competitive Wage Rates Recognition and Reward Programs Uniform and equipment provided Professional/Friendly Staff and Site Management Safe and Clean Covid-19 Environment Hiring Bonuses for Select Locations Brosnan Risk Consultants provides exceptional security services nationwide.
