Lead Installer / Supervisor

```Duties:``` - Assist the local team in ensuring customers are taken care of properly - Lead and supervise a team of office furniture installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects - Coordinate with managers, salespeople, and customers to determine and accomplish installation requirements and timelines - Be adaptable to what is needing accomplished on a daily basis - Plan and execute installations according to specifications - Read and interpret schematics to guide installation processes - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols throughout the installation process ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a leader and installer - Strong knowledge and expertise of strapping/securing loads, furniture installation, and customer service.
