Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided Pizzeria Assistant Manager Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of food service and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage POS system and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with event planners for banquet and catering services.
Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry is required.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in shift management and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
