Maintain positive client/attorney relationships.
Review assigned delinquent 3rd Party accounts and documentation to ensure basic thresholds are met and provide solid recommendations for department handling to clients.
Research, analyze, interpret, and address legal, regulatory, and procedural issues and questions, as appropriate to keep clients apprised of all happenings within their accounts through regular communication.
Efficiently manage all assigned accounts in a timely manner.
Timely respond to client calls relevant to the legal process, recommendations, cost invoices, legal fees, lawsuit proceedings, etc.
Advocate and resolve issues with attorneys, clients, and debtors, as appropriate.
Ensures the accuracy of transactions through internal control activities.
Demonstrate behaviors reflecting our policies and ethics in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Reviews accounts for potential risk to clients.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Microsoft Outlook and Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounts Receivables Experience
