I am a school teacher in the area and I also do ODD JOBS/HANDY MAN work on weekends and summer.
I like to do smaller jobs that can be done in a day or two.
I also am adding to my customer base for mowing/lawncare.
Mowing/Lawncare I charge based on the job and can give you a price based on size.
ODD JOBS/HANDY MAN work I charge $25/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
I offer a wide range of services, but I will also tell you if it is something I can't do.
I can supply references on request.
I do painting, fence repair, mowing, pruning, bed renovations, fertilizer, planting, light carpentry, irrigation repair, seasonal lighting, cleanups, and other small jobs.
