66 (Depending on education & experience) Job Number: EHST-SJ04-09 Insurance Benefits: Yes Employee Referral: Yes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED At a minimum, a Child Development Associate (CDA) or comparable credential and have been trained or have equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Early Head Start Teacher plans, organizes, and implements the operational and physical aspects of the Early Head Start classroom; including setting up the classroom and developing lesson plans to implement the educational program.
Early Head Start centers operate 12 months per year.
