Childcare Substitute Teacher

```Duties``` - Provide instruction to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher - Follow lesson plans and ensure that educational goals are met - Maintain a positive and productive learning environment - Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules - Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success ```Experience``` - Previous experience working with children, such as in a classroom, preschool, or childcare setting - Knowledge of childhood development and curriculum development - Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' education while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
