High School Science/Chemistry Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated High School Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum - Provide instruction in earth/space science and chemistry - Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Support students in their academic endeavors through individualized attention and academic advising - Utilize instructional design and learning technology to enhance the learning experience - Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus - State teaching certification or licensure - Experience working with high school students in an educational setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Catholic faith recommended but not required This position offers competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
