**HOME DAILY** Drivers on this local job will operate in a 100-mile radius of Fairland, OK.
9 months driving experience required and live within 45 miles of Fairland, OK.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday - Occasional weekend work required based on customer need.
• Shift: Start times vary from 1500- 1800.
Once set, drivers start at the same time every day.
• Shift: 12 hours • Home Daily • PTO Accrual: Immediately from day 1.
Being able to work/drive during inclement weather is a requirement.
Complete multi-stop deliveries of bulk chicken feed in a 40' auger bottom bulk tanker from the mill in Fairland OK to surrounding area chicken houses.
Driver must be able to safety operate a hydraulic boom trailer and understand bulk tanker operation.
This will be covered during the two weeks of training with a certified driver mentor.
Responsible for loading and unloading feed at unattended chicken houses Some feed bins can hold up to 36 tons of feed Drivers will not be required to climb on or inside of feed bin.
Distribute bulk chicken feed from mill in Heavener, OK to surrounding area chicken houses.
Feed is delivered via 40' boom auger bottom bulk tankers Must be able to safely operate a hydraulic boom trailer and understand bulk tanker operation.
Responsible for loading and unloading product at the mill to unattended chicken houses into marked up to 50 ton bins Must be prepared to get in and out of truck several times per delivery.
Required to assist with hauling live chickens to the processing plants in Heavener or Fort Smith when needed.
When this occurs, it will require drop & hook of flatbed trailers stacked with metal cages.
