```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is beneficial
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
