*_ Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and any other requests or concerns - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality management software - Excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace - Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Front Desk Agents.
